Scope
This policy covers Fantom Interio, Chinna-AI design tools, client workspaces, Smart Home OS and connected device workflows.
Information we process
We process account details, uploaded room photographs, floor plans, generated designs, project history, quotations and support messages required to provide the service.
Connected-home data
When enabled, we process configuration and state from Home Assistant, ESP32 or ESP8266 devices, MQTT, Alexa, Google Home and Siri or Homebridge. This can include entity IDs, device states, telemetry and command history.
How information is used
Information is used to understand spaces, produce requested designs, plan automations, execute authorized commands, provide diagnostics, secure accounts and improve reliability.
AI and service providers
Project inputs may be sent to selected infrastructure and AI providers only when needed to complete a requested feature. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and control
Project and operational data is retained for service continuity, legal obligations and support. You may disconnect integrations, revoke provider tokens and request deletion of eligible account data.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport and credential-handling safeguards. Connected homes should retain manual overrides and a secured local network.
