By accessing Fantom Interio you agree to these terms and applicable laws. If you use the platform for a client or organisation, you confirm authority to act for them.
The service
Fantom Interio provides AI-assisted interior design, visual editing, 3D planning, quotations, client portals and Smart Home OS controls across supported integrations.
Your projects
You are responsible for having rights to uploaded materials and for reviewing generated designs, quantities, quotations and automation plans before construction or installation.
Connected systems
Third-party platforms, local networks and hardware may change or become unavailable. You must protect credentials, follow provider terms and use qualified installers where required.
Safety
The service is not a life-support or emergency-response system. Maintain physical switches, manual overrides, electrical protection and appropriate fail-safe controls.
AI outputs
Chinna-AI accelerates professional work but can make mistakes. Outputs are proposals, not structural, electrical, legal or safety certification.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in eligible project inputs and outputs, while Fantom Interio retains its software, interface, methods, trademarks and underlying platform materials.
Availability and liability
Services are provided subject to reasonable maintenance and provider availability. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Suspension and changes
We may limit abusive, unlawful or unsafe use and may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
